Our Packages
First-class service your entire stay!
Augusta Corporate Events realizes each client has a variety of needs so our packages reflect those preferences. We can build a package to suit your group.
Package can be reserved up to one year in advance. We can package all our services together or we can take care of the single details you may need. We coordinate all aspects of your visit so you can relax and enjoy the tournament.
All
of our packages begin when you arrive and are greeted by one of our seasoned
professionals. Augusta Corporate Events rents private
homes near the Golf Course. Most of the homes are in
Augusta's premier neighborhoods including West Lake, Jones Creek, and
the historic Summerville area.
With an average of
four to five guests per home, private homes are preferred by larger groups.
Most
of these elegant homes have three to six bedrooms with a fabulous combination
of historic Southern architecture and gracious charm, and meet our high
standards.
Many of the homes also have balconies, 
decks,
or a view overlooking a golf course or lake.
We also can arrange
accommodations at many of Augusta's hotels including the Partridge Inn,
the Radisson Riverfront Augusta, Country Inns and Suites, Homewood Suites,
Wingate Inns, and Hampton Inn and Suites.
All
meals are either catered for your group by a private chef or your group
can enjoy dinner reservations at one of many private, exclusive Country
Clubs. Menus range from simply elegant to casual down-home Southern charm!
We can also arrange themed group dinners including entertainment such
as a Western BarBQue with a band or a Southern Fish Fry.
After a full nights
rest, each guest will be greeted with a morning newspaper and whisked
away to a full Southern buffet breakfast at the Hospitality Village before
your
day on the course! Your tournament credentials will allow you entrance
to the greatest game in golf played on the most gorgeous golf course in
the world! You will be immersed in greenery and an
explosion of color with the azaleas in full bloom! Guests can walk the
same 18 holes that the greatest golfers have walked for years.
Your
first stop once through the gates might be to the Main Gift Shop where
you can fill requests for all the memorabilia of the
tournament. Our Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday guests will
have the advantage of accessing gift shop items early in the week that
many times sell-out by midweek. After your shopping, walk over to the
driving range to get autographs from the players before they start
their day.

- Daily individual credentials to the tournament;
- Daily access to the Corporate Hospitality Village offering a catered buffet breakfast and lunch, heavy hors d'oeuvres each afternoon, an open bar with premier liquors, guest services, and a business center for your work needs during your stay in Augusta;
- Dinners each evening catering either by a private chef in your host home or at private country clubs and restaurants in Augusta;
- Golf tee times at one of many Augusta and Aiken area golf courses;
- Chauffeured vans or cars for your guests during their stay or rental cars for your group;
- Custom events such as themed dinner parties with a band, wine tasting events, guest speakers, or golf clinics;
- Guest welcome baskets with tournament merchandise.
No matter what options you choose, our experienced staff, who are local Augusta residents, will be on-hand to host you during your stay.
